When Medicaid patients can’t find care, their treatable conditions escalate into crises. Emergency rooms become their only option. Lives that could have been transformed through early intervention instead spiral downward.
We’re on a mission to bridge this gap and rapidly increase access to care for underserved patients, creating a third space where healing can happen.
We accept most Medicaid plans and some Commercial insurance plans, while operating a virtual practice across the states we operate in, to offer no-cost & low-cost therapy sessions to those in need.

Summer fellowships at Third Space offer an immersive, hands-on experience in a fast-growing tele-health startup to ambitious students & recent grads passionate about expanding access to mental health care. Fellows will work directly alongside our founders, take ownership of high-impact projects in areas like growth & operations, and execute independently.
The program emphasizes professional development, mentorship, and real-world problem solving. Fellows will play an active role in shaping the future of mental health care while contributing to Third Space’s mission to make behavioral health care more accessible for underserved Medicaid patients.
